Who We Are

Petrus Property Advisors real estate foundation is solid. Our founding broker is a native Atlantan with over 17 years in the industry and a lifetime connection to real estate starting with her grandfather after whom the name of the firm was derived.

Our favorite part of all real estate is what we like to call, “The Art of the Hunt.” It is finding our clients the property other brokerages cannot find. The best real estate is often not actively listed and most brokerages simply search the active on-line properties. Although that may work some of the time, many quality transactions require the broker to go above and beyond to identify the perfect off-market property to meet your needs. Melissa Bryson is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and started her career in consulting with Ernst & Young. In consulting, she quickly learned the importance of client relationships and how to understand client requirements and how, to not only meet them, but exceed them. This unique background has served her well in the real estate industry. Clients appreciate the ability to work with them where they are whether it is their first real estate transaction or they are seasoned veterans. Each client is handled in a way to meet their individual needs and is guided through the process in as much detail as required.
